An experienced consultation may cost you initially but can save you MUCH in the long run. The average home renovation or remodel lasts six to eight months and involves around 15,000 decisions. My consultation service connects you with a professional who has experienced the tough lessons learned so that you don't have to.

I started my NW Probuild company in 2010 but my experience goes back to years prior. My consultation is not from speculations, observations, research. I live and breath this daily, taking a design, concept, an idea to proof of concept. 

NW Probuild is not just another construction, design, or real estate development company. It is a Spec home building company, meaning the homes are unique and high quality.  This includes regular research to understand the market and trends, while being visionary and forward thinking.

I have encountered just about every situation and it brings me great joy to see the burden lifted from someone through my experience!

Through my consultation services, I hope to share valuable information I have experienced hands-on, without any further expectations from you. I have a passion for helping and am a problem solver at heart.

We will work together to schedule a consultation, most likely this will be in person, on-site. 

If additional time is needed, we will decide together what that means and identify any next steps.

In simple terms, you get what you pay for.

Most of the Free Consultations come with an expectation that you will hire their services. The consultation can come with bias advise and information, or telling you what you want to hear. My consultation does not have hidden expectations but I do hold my self to an obligation to make the information worth the money you have paid for.

Even though the information and resources you may be looking for may exist somewhere for free, it may take a lot of searching to find just what you’re looking for.  That takes time, time away from your project.
